New York is an Inspiration

Since it is September 11, I decided to look for an article on art that was about the city to show that how bad things can be, there is always something beautiful as well. This article is about a woman named Tara Benet who lives in New York. She has a degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and I really enjoyed reading this article. She lives in a small studio in the Upper West Side, and creates artwork that is displayed in many homes of the city. She creates murals as big as thirty feet long. She says that without New York, she feels lost. I really enjoyed this article, because she really is inspired by the city. In this article, it says that Tara paints according to her mood. I really enjoyed hearing about how passionate some people become with their art, and it touched me.
